Welcome Kit

And once they convert, they need to get a Welcome Kit. Sometime within the first 21 days you have the psychological window of the relationship where they are going through their buyer's remorse or they don't care because they are apathetic.

Now you have that small psychological window where they made a shift. You need to take advantage of this window and bring them into "your universe." Show them that your universe is better than the universe they just got out of.

If you haven't done this before 21 days, forget about it. The psychological window is closed.
